Brazilian citizens need the following documentation to travel to Colombia:

The Colombian Check-Mig form is a digital document. Brazilians need to complete the form online to enter Colombia.
Check Mig Requirements for Brazil Nationals
The Check Mig is a mandatory requirement for all citizens for both entry to and departure from Colombia. Even permanent residents of Colombia or people traveling with a visa need to complete the form.
To apply for the Check-Mig form from Brazil, travelers must meet the following requirements:
- Valid passport or ID
- Valid airline ticket to Colombia
- Email address
Brazilians must complete the Check-Mig application process before the trip. It is advisable to do it at least 72 hours before departure.
They will receive a confirmation via email at the address provided. Brazilian travelers can show the document directly on their smartphone when checking in for their flight or at immigration controls upon entry to Colombia. Alternatively, they may print out a copy of the approved Check-Mig.

If you are traveling to Colombia from Brazil, you need a yellow fever vaccination certificate. The vaccine must be administered at least 15 days before entering Colombia.
